THE DIET PLAN


For Breakfast: 2-3 egg whites, a bowl of oatmeal with skimmed milk and a cup of green tea or red tea.

For Lunch: 250 grams of chicken (boiled/steam/grilled) and a bowl of fresh fruit salad. Include the fruits which are considered best when trying to lose weight such as apple, pineapple, orange and etc.

For Dinner: 250 grams of chicken (boiled/steam/grilled) and a bowl of fresh green vegetable salad. For Untimely Hunger: For untimely hunger, you can have a chicken sandwich in brown bread along with a slice of cheddar cheese or you can have some fruits as well like an apple or orange.

You can substitute chicken with mutton and fish as well. But chicken breast is the best source of protein. Plus, you can also have the type of stuff you love to eat such as junk food or pizza once a week but make sure you don't stuff yourself too much with the junk and oily stuff else, you won't witness any result by following a diet.

When following a high protein diet for losing weight and muscle growth you need to add a strength training session to your schedule as well.
